What we collect
Through this website we collect only what an enquiry or application needs: the child's name, date of birth and class sought; the parent's name, mobile number and email; and documents you choose to upload. Aadhaar is never stored in full — only the last four digits.
Children's data
Every data principal on this site is a child or a parent acting for a child. We process a child's data only with verifiable parental consent, never for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising, and photographs are published only after written parental consent.
Purpose and retention
Data is used for admissions, communication with parents, statutory registers and reporting to CBSE / UDISE+. Enquiry data is deleted after the admission season unless you enrol; admission and TC registers are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You may access, correct or ask us to erase your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to the grievance officer below. We respond within the statutory period.
